A Slow Morning, Good Vibes, and Buju Banton on Repeat

I woke up this morning feeling amazing — finally got some real sleep! It’s such a relief because I’ve been under the weather for the past week. But today? I feel alive, ready to take on the day, and excited to sink into my slow morning.

Setting the Mood: Buju Banton Radio and Good Energy

So, I started my day the best way possible — with music. I turned on my playlist and landed on Buju Banton Radio on Pandora. (Yes, I’m still on the free version — don’t judge! 😅) Even with the random commercials, the playlist was popping. Every track hit just right, and narrowing it down to my top three favorites was almost impossible. Every song took me back, like stepping into a time capsule filled with good vibes and happy memories.

 

Self-Care and Reflection

After all the dancing, singing, and a full-on nostalgia trip, I finally sat down to do my skincare routine — the best part of my self-care mornings. While I moved through each step, I found myself reflecting on how far I’ve come and how grateful I am to be feeling better.

Productivity, Gratitude, and That Planner Life

The last two days had me totally out of commission, and I didn’t get half of what I’d planned done. (If you know, you know — I live for crossing things off my planner. I’ll even add a task I’ve already finished just for that sweet checkmark satisfaction!)

Today feels like a reset — the start of a good, productive day filled with gratitude, music, and calm energy.
